SECURE PAYMENT

We only offer payment methods that are secure for you.

We believe that the best data protection is data economy. Therefore, we have selected all offered payment options in such a way that we do NOT collect any data from you for this purpose. We only receive your payments when you transfer them from your bank to us or send them to us via PayPal. You only provide information about your accounts and credit cards to your bank or PayPal. We do not manage or store any details about your means of payment.

Of course, this shop supports all secure encryption protocols and certificates. All personal, address and order details you enter are transmitted and stored securely. Please see our privacy policy for full details.

MINIMUM ORDER VALUE / STAGGERED PRICES

No minimum order value
We welcome every order. We do not require a minimum order value nor do we charge extra for short quantities.

Graduated prices
Scale prices shown in the shop are only valid for direct orders via the shop interface and only if the respective number of pieces is reached.

METHODS OF PAYMENT

We offer the following simple and secure payment methods in this shop:

Purchase on account (you transfer money to us)
Purchase in advance (you transfer money to us)
Purchase by PayPal (you authorise PayPal with a payment to us on the basis of your deposited means of payment)
Purchase with voucher (you enter a previously assigned voucher code)

Purchase on account

We are happy to offer our customers purchase on account. The following conditions apply:

You are a consumer aged 18 or over or an entrepreneur.
The minimum order value for payment on account is 75.- EUR.
The automatic activation takes place as soon as you have paid for two orders with other means of payment.
The delivery address and the invoice address must be identical and must be within Germany, Austria or Switzerland.

If these conditions apply to you, you should be able to select the payment method "invoice" at the checkout.

Activation: Corporate customers, resellers and public clients can request activation for payment on account from the first order or for higher amounts. Please write to sales@wiregate.de.

Depending on the previous course of the business relationship, the shop may only offer purchase on account up to a specified maximum limit. This limit applies to the entire customer account and also takes into account any outstanding amounts from previous orders. A deduction of cash discount is not permitted. We reserve the right to offer purchase on account only after a successful credit check.

We ask for your fairness and settlement of the invoice within 14 days. We want to offer you the best prices and have not included any reminder expenses for our products. We ask for your understanding that we have to charge reminder costs and damages for delay if payment is not made on time.

Payment in advance

If the purchase on account is not available for you, you can also pay via PayPal or prepayment.

Payment by Paypal

If the purchase on account is not available for you, you can also pay by PayPal or prepayment.

If you choose to pay with Paypal at the checkout, you will be redirected to the Paypal page and authorise the payment to us there.

In case of technical problems: If this automatic redirection and thus the authorisation with Paypal does not work, we ask you to authorise a manual instruction. In this case, please send the invoice amount to our Paypal account paypal@elabnet.de and write briefly to sales@wiregate.de, stating the order number.

Payment by credit card

We do not accept credit cards for payment, as we do not want to store credit card data in order to save data. Please use the payment service Paypal for credit card payments. Alternatively, we offer you the option of payment in advance or, under the above conditions, payment by invoice.

Payment with credit note

SIf you have received a voucher code from us, you are welcome to redeem it at the checkout. Such a voucher is either issued for your customer account and a certain amount or it is a discount code that can be used once or within a period of time.
